Urgent Notice Regarding Memorial Testing and Plot Ownership

Following recent memorial testing in the Cemetery, the Parish Council is actively seeking to trace relatives or any individuals with knowledge of the owners of the plots listed below. If you have any information or can assist in identifying the owners, please contact the Parish Council Office as soon as possible.

The Parish Council has taken steps to temporarily stabilize the memorials deemed to be in a dangerous condition and in need of repair.

The memorial testing report has identified six memorials that require urgent attention, and these will be staked for health and safety purposes. Additionally, three memorials have been marked for ongoing monitoring.

Please do not remove the stakes. These are essential for ensuring the Cemetery remains a safe place for visitors. Removal of the stakes may lead to the difficult decision of the Parish Council to lay the memorials flat for safety reasons.

If you have any information regarding the following plots, or if you are the relative or representative of the owners, we kindly ask you to contact the Parish Council Office. At present, we have no registered owners for these plots.
